Can everybody play at BestPoker?
To play at BestPoker you must be at least 18 years old. For Estonian citizen the requirements are at least 21 years of age. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept clients from Malta or USA.

Can I play for real money?
Yes, you have the option to play for real money or just for fun at our PlayMoney tables.

Can I have more than one account?
No, each player is only allowed one account.

Can I change my password and Player ID?
You can change your password, and most other personal details, anytime. Choose "Your Details" from the File menu in the Lobby and make the changes from the "Cashier". As a general rule the Player ID cannot be changed since this is what identifies you to the other players in the poker room. Much of the fun and skill with poker is to get to know your opponents. We may only in very rare and special cases allow a change. If you need to change your ID please send your request to support@bestpoker.com.

What about integrity?
Our top priority is to create an environment that all our players can totally trust. We do everything to ensure that our games are fair and honest. BestPoker does not participate in any poker games, we only provide the venue for your game.

BestPoker have spent a lot of time and effort to make sure that our random number generator is truly random and that the algorithms used for shuffling the cards meets the highest standards. The choices made both regarding software and hardware are designed to provide a secure environment for all our players.

Many poker players are a bit suspicious about online poker because of the possibility of player collusion at the table. BestPoker do everything we can to prevent collusion. The management will investigate all complaints registered by players suspecting collusion. If the management strongly suspects that players have been involved in collusion those players' accounts will be closed immediately.

The management also reserves the right to review old hands and even to look at all the involved players cards.
