This special tourney is played in a Sit & Go format that successfully bridges the gap between qualifier tournaments and cash tournaments - the best of both worlds that makes this a truly fun and unique tournament!
From the start King of the Hill seems like the usual qualifying structure where you win a seat to the next stage of the qualifying structure. The big difference is that normally tickets are handed out to other stages and cash tourney's usually award cash, King of the Hill delivers both in every stage of the structure!
As you climb to the top of the hill, qualifying for the next step, one tournament at a time, you will be rewarded with cash along the way. So even if you don't make it to the final showdown, you can still earn...cash! To make sure that King of the Hill works as the step by step tournament it is intended to, we do not allow any players to buy in directly to the tournament structures different steps. Instead, players get the chance to enter the different steps from three feeder tournaments with varied buy in.
On top of all this, each King of the Hill final features an overlay of $1,200 that will be paid out to each finalist! The key here is to be aggressive and make it to the top of the hill!
